Yes, we can design your unique bottle and jar, while the labels are not included.

2. What methods do you take to protect the glass bottles during shipping?

Given the inherently fragile nature of glass, there will certainly be breakage during transport, but it is kept minimal (Less than 1% loss). we will compensate for your loss if there were bottles broken causing from our false packaging ways.

3. Will you sterilize the bottles before shipping?

No. Unless they are well sealed, it is impossible to guarantee that the bottles would remain bacteria-free during the transportation. if a sterilization treatment is required, please conduct it near the bottling facility, just before filling.
