1. When the glass blank falls into the initial mold, it cannot accurately enter the initial mold, and there is excessive friction with the mold wall, forming wrinkles. After blowing air, the wrinkles diffuse and enlarge, forming wrinkles on the glass bottle body.
2. The scissor marks on the upper feeding machine are too large, and some glass bottles have scissor marks on the bottle body after forming.
3. The initial and molding materials of the glass bottle are poor, with insufficient density. After high temperature, it oxidizes too quickly, forming small pits on the surface of the mold, resulting in an uneven surface of the glass bottle after molding.
4. Poor quality of glass bottle mold oil can lead to insufficient lubrication of the mold, reduced dripping speed of lubricating oil, and rapid change of material type.
5. Unreasonable initial mold design, large or small mold cavity, uneven diffusion of material after being blown into the forming mold, can cause spots on the glass bottle body. 6. Uneven material dropping speed of the machine, improper adjustment of the air nozzle, can cause temperature mismatch between the initial mold and molding of the glass bottle, making it easy to create cold spots on the glass bottle body, directly affecting the smoothness.
7. Unclean glass liquid or uneven material temperature inside the kiln can also cause bubbles, small particles, and small hemp billets to appear in the produced glass bottles.
8. If the speed of the row and column machine is too fast or too slow, uneven glass bottle body and uneven bottle wall thickness will occur, resulting in flower spots.
